1. Commitment period
Alvarious offers subscription plans with 12-month, 24-month, or 36-month commitment periods. By subscribing, you agree to the chosen commitment term. These contracts are legally binding, and early termination may result in early termination fees as set out below.
2. Digital services — no refund after delivery
Our services are digital (website hosting, development, SEO, and related deliverables). Once we have delivered or commenced delivery of the agreed services, fees are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: after your website or project has been built, configured, or made live; after the start of a subscription period; and after any custom work has been performed.
3. Cancellation and early termination
You may cancel at the end of your current commitment period via your account or by contacting us. If you terminate before the end of your 12-, 24-, or 36-month commitment, you remain liable for the outstanding fees for the remainder of the commitment, or for early termination fees as communicated at the time of sign-up or in your order confirmation.
4. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charge, clear error on our part). Such exceptions do not create a right to refund in other cases. Refunds, when granted, will be processed within a reasonable time and to the original payment method.
