Subscriptions may require a 12-, 24-, or 36-month commitment. You agree to pay all fees for the chosen commitment period. Early termination may be subject to fees as set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, or violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our platform, tools, and pre-existing IP. You retain ownership of your content and data. A limited licence is granted to us to host and deliver your services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvarious shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
